Led by Nina Nagy and Devyani Sadh
Course Overview:
Life’s conflicts—both inner and relational—can be profound teachers when we meet them directly. Drawing on Buddhist teachings, participants gain practical methods to transform habitual patterns of grasping and avoidance into clarity, choice, and compassionate action.
This course is open to all levels, from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners. Each session includes teachings, guided meditation, group discussion, and practical exercises to help integrate insight into daily living.
Note: Space is limited, and admission is on a first come first served basis.
Course Structure:
- Session 1: Seeing Experience Clearly
- Session 2: The Untrained Mind — Clinging, Aversion, and Conflict
- Session 3: Opening Awareness — Acceptance and Seeing Others
- Session 4: Compassion in Action — Responding to Conflict Wisely
