Living with Intention

A 5-Week Journey on Ethics, Integrity & Well-Being

Led by Nina Nagy and Devyani Sadh

Course Overview:

How we live—our choices, words, and actions—has a direct impact on our sense of well-being. When our lives are aligned with our values, there is a natural sense of ease, clarity, and inner steadiness. When they are not, we often feel tension, confusion, or disconnection.

This 5-week online course explores five timeless principles for ethical living, offering them not as rigid rules, but as invitations to cultivate greater awareness, integrity, and compassion in everyday life. Rooted in Buddhist wisdom and presented in a modern, accessible way, each session focuses on one theme and its real-life application.

Each one-hour session is held live on Zoom, with participants joining on video to foster a sense of connection and shared inquiry. Sessions include approximately 15 minutes of guided meditation, 15 minutes of teachings, and time for questions, discussion, and practical reflection. Together, we explore how these principles can be embodied in daily life, bringing our actions into closer alignment with our values and cultivating greater clarity, ease, and resilience.

Ethical living isn’t about following rules—it’s about creating the conditions for genuine well-being.

Course Structure:

  • Week 1: Non-harming – cultivating compassion for self and others
  • Week 2: Truthfulness – aligning speech and inner truth
  • boundaries, and relationships
  • Week 3: Respect for what belongs to others – practicing contentment and trust
  • Week 4: Wise use of energy – bringing awareness to desire,
  • Week 5: Clarity of mind – supporting mindfulness through conscious choices

Whether you’re new to these ideas or looking to deepen your practice, this course offers a supportive space to explore how ethical living—supported by meditation—can become a foundation for a more grounded, peaceful, and fulfilling life.

Come as you are. Leave with tools to live with greater integrity—and greater well-being.
